Technical NetSuite Manager
Remote (Central Time Zone Preferred)
Salary: Up to $180,000 base, DOE
A growing U.S.-based manufacturing company is seeking a Technical NetSuite Manager to lead the strategic direction, enhancement, and hands-on optimization of its ERP environment. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and a proven ability to drive business process improvements through NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s NetSuite ERP system across finance, operations, and manufacturing teams.
- Lead system enhancements and implementations, with a strong focus on modules such as WMS, MRP, Bill Capture, and EDI integrations.
- Partner with supply chain, finance, and production teams to streamline workflows around inventory management, BOMs, production scheduling, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement and optimize NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) for better forecasting and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with developers, third-party partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure data integrity, system governance, and cross-functional adoption of best practices.
- Provide NetSuite support and training to users across departments; drive change management and ongoing education efforts.
- Manage the ERP product backlog, prioritize enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in ERP systems, technology product management, or related roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including system administration, configuration, and module implementation.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments — must be fluent in processes around inventory, WIP, BOM, MRP, and production operations.
- Proven experience with NetSuite modules such as WMS, NSPB, NSAW, EDI, and Bill Capture.
- Demonstrated success in leading ERP rollouts or managing ERP environments across multiple business units or entities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or similar)
- Prior experience working in or with food, manufacturing, or distribution companies
- Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms such as CRM, HRIS, or logistics systems
