Veeva CRM Inhouse Consultant
Take a lead role as Inhouse CRM Consultant with a leading international Scale-up company!
Live with Veeva as the core CRM system, the company is expanding quickly and is looking for an experienced CRM Project Lead, PM or Inhouse Consultant to join their team and lead projects to improve and optimise the solution, as well as implementing to international entities.
Your profile:
- 3+ years CRM implementation and improvement experience in Veeva or related system (e.g. Salesforce) as Functional Consultant, PM or Project Lead
- Previous CRM implementation project experience and knowledge of the end-to-end process, from requirements gathering with the business, solution design, build, deployment and post-live support and training
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English
The role:
- Lead the deployment and improvement of the Veeva CRM solution as Inhouse Functional Consultant / Project Manager
- Requirements gathering with key stakeholders to consult on and improve the design and configuration of the solution
- Manage project improvements for the Veeva system and processes, including managing functional stakeholders and Project Managing Technical IT System consultants both internally and externally
- Deliver end user training and support, escalating technical issues as required
Location: Poland or Czech Republic (other countries in Eastern Europe possible)
