Workday Financials Analyst – Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London – Hybrid, or remote
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Financials Analyst to join their team over the next 9 months on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workday professional with financials experience to play a key role in optimising Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system administration, including configuration, security, integrations, and reporting
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning queries
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline Finance operations
- Lead and support Workday/Adaptive projects from requirements to deployment
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, HR and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
- Support change management activities including testing, training, and communications
- Support with the optimisation of the future Workday roadmap
Essential requirements:
- Qualified Accountant or an excellent understanding of finance processes
- 2+ years’ Workday Financials experience within the finance function
- Strong expertise in Workday Financials configuration, security, finance processes, and reporting
- Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
