We are partnered with a leading healthcare organization in their search for a skilled Workday Financials Administrator. This role is essential to optimizing and maintaining the organization’s Workday Financials platform to ensure robust reporting, seamless integrations, and accurate FINS configuration that supports operational efficiency.
This is a fully remote position that requires a candidate be based in the United States. No sponsorship is available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Assets, Expenses, Procurement).
- Develop and maintain custom and standard Workday Financial reports (including Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields).
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Workday functional integrations with third-party systems.
- Perform data audits and validations to ensure data integrity across financial systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, new feature releases, and testing cycles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Financials and provide training/support to internal users.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Workday Financials Admin or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and administration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and generate Workday financial reports.
- Experience with Workday EIBs and core connectors is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
