- System Configuration: Maintain and enhance financial data structures, business processes, and reports within Workday.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align Workday configuration with business needs.
- Entity Onboarding: Support the integration of new entities into Workday Financials, including configuration and data migration.
- Testing & Upgrades: Assist with testing and rollout of new features, functionalities, and Workday updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to small projects aimed at optimising finance workflows and integrations.
What profile will I require?
- Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials, ideally in a support or analyst role.
- Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Technical Skills: Ability to configure Workday Financials and manage administration tasks independently.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving user/system issues.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work cross-functionally across locations.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working remotely across different EU countries, with occasional travel.
Why should I take this role?
- International Exposure: Work with a pan-European business during a major Workday expansion phase.
- Autonomy & Impact: Play a hands-on role in shaping Workday Financials processes and integrations.
- Flexible Work: Enjoy remote work from anywhere in the EU, with travel only when needed.
- Supportive Team: Be part of a collaborative and knowledgeable internal systems team.
