We’re looking for an AI Consultant with a strong interest in applying AI tools and frameworks to real-world finance challenges. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub-based projects) and a foundational understanding of finance, FP&A, or accounting processes.
You’ll work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to prototype, build, and enhance AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support AI-powered solutions leveraging tools such as Claude, Cursor, and other LLM-based frameworks
- Build, test, and maintain custom scripts, automations, and lightweight applications using GitHub repositories
- Collaborate with finance teams (FP&A, accounting, reporting) to identify use cases for AI and automation
- Assist in designing and implementing AI workflows for financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Contribute to prompt engineering and optimization for LLM-based use cases
- Document solutions, code, and processes for scalability and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in AI development, software engineering, or technical finance roles
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar LLM platforms
- Experience working with GitHub (repositories, version control, collaboration)
- Basic programming skills (Python preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, or FP&A processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
