SystemsAccountants is partnering with a global consultancy to hire a Project Manager supporting a large Anaplan program.
About the Role
You will manage multiple concurrent Anaplan workstreams within a broader program, typically running 2 to 4 projects at once with 3 to 5 team members per project. This role sits at the intersection of delivery and client management, requiring someone who can drive timelines, produce executive-level reporting, and hold both internal teams and client stakeholders accountable. Travel will be required during key project phases, including Requirements gathering and UAT, with some travel to Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2 to 4 concurrent Anaplan project workstreams within a larger program
- Lead project teams of 3 to 5 resources across planning, delivery, and UAT
- Produce executive-level status reporting for internal leadership and client stakeholders
- Hold internal teams and client counterparts accountable to defined timelines and milestones
- Partner with solution architects, model builders, and client SMEs through the full project lifecycle
- Travel to client sites, including Europe, during Requirements and UAT phases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience on complex, concurrent delivery programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality or timelines
- Strong command presence and executive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Track record of producing polished, executive-ready reporting
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as project phases require
Nice to Have
- Prior experience on EPM or planning tool implementations (Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive, OneStream, etc.)
- Consulting background delivering to enterprise clients
Position Details
- Engagement: open to permanent or contract, permanent preferred
- Compensation: up to $130K base for permanent hires, up to $115/hr bill rate for contractors
- Location: fully remote
- Work authorization: must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
- Travel: required during Requirements and UAT phases, including to Europe
