SAP Business One Systems Analyst

£40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)

SystemsAccountants are currently working on behalf of a client seeking a SAP B1 Systems Analyst with expertise in Reporting due to their continued growth. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and collaborative work environment, with the opportunity for career progression within a rapidly expanding organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the SAP Business One system, becoming the primary super-user
  • Management of reports and gathering reporting requirements for an efficient reporting process
  • Create and maintain documentation to support reporting and integration processes
  • Develop new reporting and operational insights and procedures
  • Ensure data integrity and the suitability of data retention for business needs
  • Develop KPI reports and dashboards to support the company division in optimising their efficiency working with the existing SAP system
  • Collaborating with well-established clients to establish API connections for enhanced sales growth and efficiency.
  • Contributing to the data / reporting strategy

Role Requirements

  • At least two years of experience working with SAP Business One
  • Familiarity with BPA TaskCentre (Orbis) would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in the SQL coding language
  • Experience of Microsoft Suite of products, particularly pivot, VLookup, CSV
  • A background in accountancy or finance is preferred
  • Competence in working with customer-facing software portals and hands-on API experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining complex topics in simplified terms related to data manipulation and dashboard environments
