What skills do I need?

  • Designing and developing training content, courses or programs, and training evaluation.
  • Presentation/facilitation skills in a classroom or other learning environment.
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadline with numerous projects on hand.
  • Experience defining curriculum strategies and training plans.
  • Experience in assessing learning needs and identifying performance gaps.
  • Experience with learning management systems, performance data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strict adherence to company policy on confidential materials
  • Customer focused, detail oriented individual with ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress and fast-paced work environment
  • Drive for quality results and demonstrates high degree of determination
  • Adaptive to changing technologies, process and environment

About You

  • Univeristy degree in Finance, IT, Business, Marketing or related fieldCustomer service and sales experience a plus
  • Native English Speaker with bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin). Additional Korean speaking skill is preferred.
  • Corporate Performance Management System knowledge background is a plus
  • In depth knowledge in Financial Planning & Budgeting process of an Organization.
  • Sound understanding in Basic Accounting & Financial consolidation process.
  • Preferred Consulting experience in requirement gathering and end to end implementation of Enterprise Budgeting & Planning, Consolidation processes.
  • Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship are mandatory and ability to turn ideas into action. It includes creativity, innovation as well as the ability to plan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives.
