What is the context of the company and role?
Join a leading global consulting firm in their French operations in Paris. As they grow their pipeline in the ESG space, as part of their CFO transformation practice, you will be joining a fast expanding team of professionals who combine business process, data, and technology.
The team is investing heavily in developing their ESG practice as clients are ramping up their ESG programmes to deal with the new regulations. There is a current team with extensive experience in EPM and BI programmes for major French institutions. If you are interested in such systems plus have an interest in and experience in ESG topics, this could be the next step in your career to elevate your knowledge, network, and skills!
What will I be doing in the role?
- Adaptation of financial reporting tools as part of IT modernization, the implementation of new standards or even restructuring operations
- Industrialization of the production of financial/extra-financial reporting (IFRS, CSRD, LEC 29, Solvency 2, Basel 3/4, etc.)
- Help with tool selection, IT roadmap and implementation
- Implementation of financial communication tools
- Framing and management of major digital transformation projects in the finance function
What profile will I need to have?
- You have a Bac+5 degree from a Grande Ecole of business or engineering, major in Finance, Master CCA, Accounting, Consolidation, IFRS
- 5+ experience in a consulting firm either in one of the two scenarios
- consultant on consolidation, budget development, costing or reporting tools, in project management or project management or even on ESG/ CSR
- In business in the areas of accounting, consolidation, management control and/or ESG/CSR reporting.
- You have knowledge of one or more of the following tools: SAP (Group Reporting, BFC), OneStream, Workiva, Tagetik, Oracle (HFM, FCCS).
- You are rigorous, enjoy teamwork and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have a good command of English.
