Project Manager

6-12 Month Contract

$60-110/hr.

NYC – Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives related to ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday), EPM (e.g., Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure successful execution of technical and functional tasks.
  • Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience managing projects, preferably in Finance or IT, including demonstrated experience managing large project portfolios
  • Experience supporting or implementing ERP, EPM, or BI platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and data analytics processes.
  • Experience in a finance function (FP&A, Accounting, Systems) preferred.
  • Exposure to cloud-based financial systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan) preferred.
