Lead OneStream Consultant
6-12 Month Contract
We are partnered with a client seeking a Lead OneStream Consultant to support and enhance their financial consolidations application.
This role will focus on driving improvements across financial consolidation processes, including business rule development, data integration, and overall system optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on OneStream experience within consolidations and be comfortable leading enhancements while working closely with finance and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of OneStream solutions with a focus on financial consolidations
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and workflows within the OneStream platform
- Support and optimize consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and close cycles
- Manage data integrations, including building and maintaining data loads and transformations
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
- Provide guidance on best practices and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with OneStream, particularly within financial consolidations
- Proven ability to develop business rules and work with OneStream extensibility
- Experience with data integration tools and processes within OneStream
- Solid understanding of financial consolidation concepts (FX, eliminations, ownership, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment and lead workstreams as needed
- Strong communication skills with both technical and finance stakeholders
