OneStream Systems Accountants are finance professionals who design, analyse, and review the financial systems, business processes and related policies of an organisation. OneStream Systems Accountants are responsible for examining the current financial systems set up of a company or organisation and determining their efficiency. Systems Accountants need to be analytical individuals with excellent communication skills and advanced computer software skills including Excel and accounting packages. OneStream Systems Accountants become the inhouse Systems Accountant of the OneStream EPM, they maintain the system from a support and project perspective. OneStream Systems Accountants are responsible for ensuring that OneStream applications are integrated properly with other applications and that data is accurately transferred between systems. They must ensure that applications are secure, and that data is protected from unauthorised access. OneStream Systems Accountants must also be able to troubleshoot and correct any problems that arise in applications. They must be able to develop detailed system specifications and design solutions to meet those needs, as well as documenting, testing, and debugging applications, along with providing support and maintenance. OneStream Systems Accountants play an important role in the success of an organisation’s business operations. They are expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of OneStream they will support, administer, and maintain the OneStream application.
