A Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for the integrations between the Workday system and 3rd party systems (Banking, Payroll, HR, Reporting etc.) They often have strong knowledge of the technical build of the ERP and its relevant integrations, ensuring that the system is correctly configured and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.
Workday Integration Analysts will often come from an IT background and have a good understanding of a variety of Integration software; Boomi, Mulesoft etc. They will also have experience working with Workday-specific integration tools such as EIBs and Core Connectors. They must also be able to work with stakeholders to ensure that the system is fit for business needs and support any further development with the system. They need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to manage multiple projects at once.
