Some background

We continue to witness an uptick in demand for accounting systems, ERP, EPM, and Analytics software professionals to lead or support systems replacement or upgrade projects, as clients seek to leverage Cloud technology and derive customer insight through the integration of business systems and external data sources.
During 2016 and early 2017 our operations in Chicago, Amsterdam and Rotterdam have gone from strength to strength, with team sizes doubling in all locations, and our more mature London based business continues to cement its market leading position in the UK Finance Systems and Analytics market.
Consequently, we are now seeking to appoint a number of key roles, ranging from Researcher Consultants, through to Senior Account Mangers.
We have a training and mentoring infrastructure to upskill new recruits; however, our default position is to hire business professionals with a deep knowledge of the functional domain they recruit within, rather than sales recruiters who operate with a surface level awareness of their field.

We are looking for individuals who are self starters, commercially astute, capable of building relationships with management and C level clients and candidates, able to quickly assimilate complex topics, ask open ended questions and think outside of the box.

Importantly all SystemsAccountants’s client facing staff are required to develop a deep knowledge of the markets that we service. Specifically our clients expect us to have a sound appreciation of the software skill sets that we source professionals to implement and support, as well as the underlying business processes and organizational models that these systems enable. Furthermore we are required to have an understanding of the roles that our candidates are being recruited to undertake (ranging from business analysis, financial systems management, project management, solution architecture, through to financial change management and process re-engineering). New consultants receive on-going training throughout their first 18 months on all of these disciplines in order that they develop strong subject matter knowledge to enable them to build value adding business relationships with clients and thus provide solutions wholly aligned to clients’ particular issues.
